Retiring is changing. People are now working past 65 and several seniors are returning to or staying on in the workforce, either part time or full-time or perhaps as consultants or independent contractors.
In a study from the Families and Work Institute, this change is mainly due to people wanting to earn more money to be able to retire more comfortably or because they feel they would be bored by not working.
